Why is my card being rejected?
We understand that experiencing issues with your transaction can be frustrating. There are a few common reasons why a transaction might not go through successfully :
- The address or zip code you entered doesn't match the billing address and zip code on file with your card provider. If you recently moved, try entering your previous billing code.
- The CVV/CVV2 (aka "security code") doesn't match the card code on file with your bank.
- There aren't enough funds to cover the transaction amount
