Finding Events
Opening the app for the first time
The first time you open the Big Tickets app, you will be asked for your location, and if you'd like to receive notifications from the application. After you have answered these questions, you will be provided with a list of upcoming events. While viewing the list, you will be given the option to toggle between nearby or upcoming events.
Searching and Filtering Events
We've created automated categories for events happening near you, popular events on our platform, and upcoming events. In addition to this, we've made it easy to search for any event by date or category through our search icon, which is located on the app menu at the bottom of your screen.
Favoriting Events
By selecting the heart icon next to an event, you can favorite it. This option gives you easy access to the events you want to attend. It also enables on-sale and event start notifications so when it comes to upcoming events, you're always in the know.
Buying Tickets
We've simplified the purchase process through our app, and added purchase methods like Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. Also, you can store your own card on the app or web through our secure merchant processing with Braintree Payments.
Managing Your Orders and Account
Easily manage your orders from the app with the ability to view and download your tickets for offline access when you arrive at the event.
