Who is Rokt? What does Rokt do?

Rokt is a technology platform that enhances the customer experience post-purchase by presenting personalized offers and suggestions. If you have received an email from Rokt it is most likely that you saw an offer you liked and opted in to learn more. 

How do I unsubscribe?

No longer interested in the offer you opted into? No problem! You can select unsubscribe on the email you received or send Rokt a note at support@rokt.com and they’ll assist you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the unsubscribe to take effect.

I signed up for an offer through Rokt and I never got the offer or my voucher doesn’t work. 

Rokt is happy to help! You can contact them via support@rokt.com with details of the offer you signed up for and they’ll send you a new one.

What does Rokt do with my data?
