Why is my account locked out?

Your Big Tickets account may become temporarily locked for various reasons, but it usually occurs when there have been multiple unsuccessful login attempts. If you receive a notification stating that your account has been locked, you will need to wait for 10 minutes before attempting to log in again. After this waiting period, you can then proceed to either enter your password correctly or initiate a password reset. You can reset your password here.
