I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if an event is not canceled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you. All sales are final that are purchased through Big Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Purchasing Agreement that you agreed to when purchasing the ticket. However, we do offer the flexibility to give your tickets to a friend so that they may use them at the event or you can see how to securely transfer a ticket.
If an event is canceled, your order will be refunded. There is no need to reach out to our customer experience team in this case, we will send you an email when your event refund is being processed.
If an event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue’s and organizer's policy. Similar to a cancelation, there is no need to take any action on your end, once we have confirmed the changes with the event organizer we will contact you over email with an update.
